How do you select the brands sold at StriveGreen?

We understand that it's not easy being green. StriveGreen carefully researches the measures its brands are taking towards sustainability, social and political responsibility. This can come in a variety of forms from green manufacturing processes, utilizing organic and renewable resources, ethical sourcing and labor practices, and fair trade policies. We evaluate how the total company operates and all steps in place to minimize their carbon footprint. We feel good about how every brand offered is striving green and you should too. How is StriveGreen a responsible company?

Here at StriveGreen we do our best to use recycled office supplies from our print paper and business cards to recycling packaging materials when we can. We avoid single-use plastics and encourage our community and customers to do the same. All products are sourced from ethical brands and the balance of ecology and society is at the forefront of every decision we make.

Do you have any store locations?

In Summer 2016 we launched our first storefront in Austin, TX. Be sure to stop by to see the renovated 1971 Shasta camper boutique at 1631 Barton Springs Rd. If the weather is nice, be sure to walk down the road and take a dip in Barton Springs Pool too!

No sweat, we've got all the info you need. Just visit our size chart for the details. Still have questions? Contact us and we are happy to help find your right size. Will I be charged sales tax?

Only if you live in the great state of Texas. StriveGreen is headquartered in Austin, TX and we are required by law to collect sales tax for any goods sold within the state. All domestic purchases shipping outside of the state of TX will be free of sales tax. International shipments may require additional customs fees and taxes.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed and shipped out within two business days. Shipping times vary on location and method.

How do I track my order?

You will receive and email confirmation with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. You can then follow the progress on the carrier’s website.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please email us immediately. Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not been processed yet. Orders that have already been shipped out will need to go through the return process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! You can find international shipping rates and details here.

Oops, how do I return something?

No worries, just make sure to have your order confirmation number and original brand packaging, then follow the instructions here.

Does StriveGreen share my information with anyone?

Absolutely not. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your information to outside companies or third parties.

What types of payment do you accept?

StriveGreen accepts PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

Is it safe to pay with credit card?

Absolutely! Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.
